Broth Recipes

Grace’s Love My Body Basic Recipe

Directions:
1 ½ cups cups of water
Boil water
Add in Rice noodles or Organic gluten free ramen, etc. whatever you prefer.  
Drop 1 or 2 eggs into boiling water to poach
Add 1 tbsp seaweed
Handful of spinach
Add cut up protein into bite size pieces(tofu, chicken,etc) 
Turn off heat after 4 minutes. 
 Add in packet of desired broth, stir                                             
Cover and wait 2 minutes
You can also add miso and nutritional yeast for additional nourishment
Stir, Serve and enjoy!
