Boost the heart rate!
Engage in any physical activity that gives the heart some extra oxygen. Physical activity helps to release endorphins and increases the mood. Let love in through the movements you engage in!
Give the body heart-healthy foods
1. Eat fish high in Omega-3’s, such as tuna, mackeral, herring and trout
2. A handful of nuts such as almonds and walnuts satisfies hunger and nourishes the heart
3. Berries are chock-full of phytonutrients, anti-oxidants, and soluble fiber...Raspberries and strawberries are super high in vitamin-c, plus they’re red, juicy, and sweet!
Reach out to loved ones
Expressing the love we have for others and the world is contagious and makes us feel good. Call, e-mail, write a letter, send a message to your loved ones this month. Love is boundless and abundant; let’s share the wealth!
