It's time to get the turkey out of the freezer! While you're at it, try our Grace's Goodness broth turkey brine that give your turkey flavor and moisture. Tired of dry, flavorless turkey? You'll love this brine.
8 cups of water
3/4 cup of salt
3 tablespoons of dried rosemary
3 bay leaves
2 tablespoons whole peppercorns
3 tablespoons of Vitality Broth
Bring water to a boil and add all the ingredients. Stir until the mixture is dissolved and lower to a soft boil for 10 minutes. Let cool. Using a large turkey bag, place the turkey in first and pour the brine into the bag. Place in a fridge or ice chest for 24 hours before cooking. Enjoy!
