With every meal that I make, I'm on the hunt to incorporate veggies as much as possible. That's what I love about my broth. It's so easy to add to many recipes. In this recipe I get the nutritional benefits of 8 vegetables.
Ingredients
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 cans of albacore tuna
Vitality broth
Avocado
Greens
Pitas
Method
Mix the mayonnaise, tuna, and vitality broth in a bowl. Serve over the pita chips with the greens and avocado.

Very tasty recipe for vegan mayo! I actually 1/2’ed the recipe for 1. If you need to do this, just use a shot glass to split the broth. Now I have enough for another serving or a serving of Broth. ( this was my first meal with the broth, so glad I found you, woo hoo!!! I love tuna & avo, Thank you so much!!!!!! Can’t wait to share your company with other folks, that need to go healthy!!!
