In a skillet, heat oil, garlic and onions. Cook until onions are translucent. Add in sliced mushrooms, herbs and tamari. Turn heat to low and let simmer. In a blender, combine almonds, water and Vitality broth packets and mix until smooth. Pour contents into mushroom mixture and add coconut cream then stir. Let simmer with a lid on the pot for about 20 minutes. The longer it cooks, the richer the flavor! If the gravy becomes too thick, add water to thin out. Serve and enjoy!

I would use a flax egg for the egg replacer! 3 tablespoons warm water and 1 teaspoon flaxmeal. You could also just buy the boxed egg replacer or “just egg”
