Ramen is by far my favorite way to incorporate immune-boosting flavors. You can add whatever veggies you have in the house, eggs, and lots of wellness herbs. In this season of being stuck at home and needing something filling and healthy this is a must.
Ingredients
1 Lotus foods noodles bunch
handful of greens
1/2 cup of shaved carrots
handful of thinly sliced bell peppers
2 TBSP coconut aminos
1 TBSP pureed ginger
1 pack of Better Belly
2 cups of water
1 soft boiled or fried egg
Method
Bring water to a boil and then add the broth packet, coconut aminos, and ginger. Add the rest of the ingredients and then put on low to medium heat to simmer until the noodles are soft. As the ramen simmers fry an egg to put on top .
