Today I'm sharing a savory classic Christmas starter: Yorkshire pudding. Made with the extra drippings from the feast roast it's an unexpected blend. Instead of using meat we make dripping with our vitality broth and onions.
Ingredients
3/4 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs....sorry no substitute 3/4 cup milk or oat milk/coconut milk
Method
Drippings made with onions and Vitality simmered for an hour
- Set the Vitality and onions in 2 cups of water to simmer for an hour.
Set oven to 450 and pour the drippings into a 9 inch skillet. Set the skillet in the oven to smoke. Mix up the other ingredients and pour into the pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Take the leftover drippings and mix with a ghee and flour roux to make a gravy. Serve the Yorkshire Pudding drizzled with gravy.
Happy Holidays!!

Please give egg and ghee substitutions so the recipe is vegan. Thanks!
