In this season of needing to boost our immune system I'm enjoying getting getting fancy with my meals. Taco soup has been a favorite with all of the delicious flavors and simplicity. I love sticking all of this in a crock pot and let it cook through the day so that I can have it at the ready for my family. I hope you enjoy this easy recipe.
Ingredients
1 can diced tomato
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of organic corn
handful of mixed greens
1 pack of Vitality Broth
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 cups of water
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
Method
Bring the water to a boil and add the beyond broth packet and diced tomatoes. Then add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with avocado and/or cheese.
