The age-old question - marshmallows or nuts? We say nuts! 🙌 Our Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe combines nuts, honey, Grace's Goodness broth, and more for a sweet and savory dish that will please even the biggest marshmallow fan.
8-10 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1/2 cup of butter of choice, softened but still
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of Vitality or Better Belly broth (about 2 packets)
1 cup of chopped pecans
Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes and add to the boiling water. Cooked until the sweet potato is softened and drain the water.
Preheat oven to 325. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of butter, vanilla, honey, broth, and pecans until mixture until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine sweet potatoes, coconut sugar, and 1/4 cup of butter. Spread mixture in a 9x13 dish and top with the pecan mixture. Cook for 30 minutes or until the top is browned. Enjoy!
