Rosemary Goat Cheese Puff
Another amazing yummy holiday appetizer....not quite vegan, though vegetarian and oh soooo yummy!
Ingredients
1 log of goat cheese
1 can of gluten free croissant dough
fresh cranberry sauce
fresh rosemary twigs
Method
- Layer the pastry, cranberry sauce and goat cheese in muffin tin. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Dress with rosemary sprig when done cooking.
