Turn your simple steamed veggies into a yummy, nourishing gourmet meal with this delicious immune supporting cream sauce!
Sauce Ingredients
2 carrots
3 tbsp of flax oil
½ lemon, juiced
1 clove of garlic
1"fresh ginger root, peeled
1" fresh turmeric root, peeled
1/2-3/4 c water (if adding seeds you will need 3/4 c water)
1 packet of Immune broth
2 tsp. ground flax meal
1 tsp nutritional yeast
couple pinches of salt
*Optional: add ¼ c of pumpkin seeds or a handful of hemp seeds for extra nutrition and creaminess
Sauce Method
In a blender, combine 3 tbsp of flax oil, ½ lemon juiced, 1 clove of garlic, ½ c water, 1 packet of Immune broth, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, a few pinches of salt, and two carrots.
Steamed Veggies
You can steam whatever veggies you have on hand. We used one broccoli stalk, one zucchini, ½ napa cabbage, and 1 orange pepper
Pour sauce over veggies in a bowl. Garnish with some toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Orange Pepper-has a strong variety of anti-oxidants that support eye health, skin health, immune system function; packed with vitamin c which is also important for stimulating collagen production!
Parsley-anti-bacterial, aids in digestion. It is a rich source of vitamin a and k, and is a natural anti-biotic.
