Who doesn't love Guacamole...anytime of year! Our Immune broth is perfect in Guacamole...so flavorful and delicious. You may want to make extra for the crowd. I included my recipe for flax seed crackers that are both delicious and nutritious...in case you want to forego the chips or have them in addition.
2 green onions
2 tps. fresh chopped cilantro
1 whole lime, juiced
1 packet of Immune broth
1/2 tsp. salt
Mash avocados. Combine all ingredients
Flax Seed Crackers
1 cup brown or golden flax seeds
4 tbs. chia seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 tbs. pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sumac
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 packet Immune broth
1 1/3 cups water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Set over at 200 degrees
Line a large rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Pour in water and vinegar and mix well. Leave for 5 minutes.
Stir again and leave for another 5 minutes.
When seed mixture has thickened, pour mixture onto baking tin and spread to the edges. Keep it flat and about 1/3 " thickness.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and flip over. Peel off paper. Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into squares. Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn off heat and let sit in the oven to dry out any residual moisture.
Enjoy with the yummy Guacamole!
