Beyond Cauliflower Steak

All about those veggie entrees. 👌 This cauliflower steak gives you the nutritional benefits of 8 vegetables in one simple dish with rich flavors perfect for summer time.

Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower, cut in thick slices
Oil of choice, we recommend avocado oil
Fresh garlic, minced
Salt
Garlic
Parmesan, or cheese of choice

Heat oven to 425. Lay cauliflower slices on a baking sheet and coat with oil. Then sprinkle with garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping half way through. Enjoy!
