What’s Your Prayer For The Earth?

We started #PrayersForTheEarth as a reminder for us to look after the planet we depend on as our home. Our planet is in a state of crisis....this includes ALL life.
I believe if we come together as a Global Community, we can make all the difference in seeing that our planet continues to thrive for the generations to come. I know I would like my grand children's children and beyond to thrive on our magnificent planet.

We all need to unite now and take action. First step to join in this campaign is to reply with your own prayer for the Earth, or use the hashtag #PrayersForTheEarth on Instagram to get involved.

The next step is to share what you will do to "live your prayer". This is a way to give back and help your prayer to be realized.

A few examples:

For World Peace… this begins at home with respect to how we communicate and treat ourselves and each other...to listen, stop the blame, take responsibility for our actions....with understanding, kindness and respect;

For our earth....plant a tree, create a garden, donate to a cause that supports your prayer such as an organization that helps to clean up water sources, protect our rainforests, endangered animals, plants, the oceans; regenerative and sustainable farming, etc. Perhaps even giving back with random acts of kindness ….or take responsibility for your own health and wellness and how we treat each other… with more kindness, respect and love.

Today, my prayer for the earth is for humanity…that we don’t destroy each other 🌎🙏

My Action:

Let's envision the planet surrounded with a soft blanket of golden light of love and peace.
Today I commit to listen first, speak/share less.... unless asked.
Today I commit to not use excuses or blame...To give my body and heart what it needs... beginning with a walk in the frigid temps because I'm craving fresh air!
And to live in gratitude... life is precious and temporary
