Tips for Staying Joyful & Warm During Winter


  1. Exercise for warming the kidneys: Rub both hands together for about 10 seconds and place on either kidney. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3x.
  2. Invest in wool clothing. Let them be socks, sweaters, coats and/or hats. Keeping your body warm through the winter months keeps you happy and healthy.
  3. Eat more Vitamin-D producing foods including seafood (salmon, tuna, sardines, herring, shrimp,  and oysters) and egg yolks. For all you vegetarians and vegans, mushrooms are the only plant source of Vitamin-D!
