Super Immune Mushroom Gravy

Are you one of those who could just eat the gravy? This one is like a delicious meal ...make believe it's soup too:)
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 4 cups mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cups water
- 1 packet Vitality
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine the rice, mushrooms, water and Vitality in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for 10-15 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Use an immersion blender to mix until smooth, add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat another 10 minutes while the gravy thickens.
