Simple Summer Soup

When you’re out camping or at a music festival, it can be tricky to eat well and have everything you want at hand. Beyond broth packs all organic sweet potato, beet, carrot, leek, spinach, garlic, celery seed, parsley, sea salt & black pepper, plus herbs and spices to promote wellness.  For this month, I’d like to offer a summery and light recipe using the delicious broth. Let’s make it easy to stay healthy!

Bring water to boil
Drop one egg into boiling water...cook for 1 minute
Add in a handful of spinach to boost heart health...cook another minute
Turn off heat
Add in 1 packet of Immune variety of BB
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast flakes
Miso for taste and extra good gut bugs!
Mix, let sit for 2 minutes and enjoy in a jar, in a thermos, on-the-go- wherever you go!
