Rituals of Wellness for Balance & Gratitude
- In the morning, create a to do list for the all the things you would like/ need to do. Beside them, you can write things like work/play, for me/for others, mental health, spiritual health, physical health, emotional health. Doing this allows you to intentionally decide how and where you are putting your energy.
- Start your morning with meditation and a walk in the fresh air. By doing so, you are tending to your mind and body wellness. Having a clear mind and invigorated body will prepare you to make great decisions!
- Wake up and be grateful. Have an attitude of gratitude. If you find that you are not feeling appreciated or are taking things for granted, try focusing on what YOU are grateful for and what YOU appreciate. Where your energy goes, energy flows. By focusing on what you are grateful for, you will find you are appreciated and valued. You are enough. Having gratitude is like having the fuel and energy you need to keep moving forward.
