Rituals for Holistic Fitness

  1. Incorporate daily activity into family and personal lifestyle (i.e spending at least 30 minutes to 2 hours outside, running, walking, biking, hiking, etc).
  2. When strong emotions arise, take the time to move that energy by engaging in some kind of exercise to clear the mind and the body.
  3. Each day this month, try doing 7 minutes of high intensity activity. Engaging in this kind of movement for just under 10 minutes releases endorphins, reduces stress and will be a sure way to enhance your calm!
