Rituals for End of Summer Wellness
Morning Meditation: This month, relish the quiet moments. Take 1-3 minutes, before doing anything else. Try a deep breathing exercise or just sit in silence to ground yourself before entering the chaos of school and morning prep. This will center you and encourage a centered state of mind.
Connect with The World: Light a candle in the morning to symbolize the light within us and around us.
Connect with Self: Look in to the mirror and say three positive affirmations about the self.
Dance Party: Turn on your favorite dancing song, and just let loose. It’s a great way to get the blood flowing, energy moving and to start the day.
