Love your Liver Soup

All varieties of Beyond Broth are organic, vegan, gluten-free, contain just vegetables and herbs. Broth is a great way to nourish the body without putting too much into it. Here’s a simple way to prepare the Immune broth that is delicious and encourages healthy liver function.

1 packet Immune Broth
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 handful of kale
½ cup chopped cabbage
1 tsp miso
salt and pepper to taste

Boil water and add to bowl with contents. Let sit for a couple minutes. I serve this dish with a tablespoon of hemp seeds and salt and pepper to taste. It adds a nutty flavor and extra nutrition. This instant soup is easy to make and great way to love your liver...enjoy!
