Late Summer Soup
Many foods have an essence that support the stomach, especially grown straight from the ground like root vegetables. This is a great time to have broth!
In saucepan, fry up those zucchinis and cherry tomatoes from your garden with some olive oil. When the vegetables have browned and softened, add them to 2 cups boiling water. Simmer for 1 more minute. Then add in 1 packet of Yummy Tummy. For extra flavor and nutrition, add in a bit of nutritional yeast, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil.
