The theme for this month is "How to Get & Stay Healthy this Fall". 
Let's begin with a simple idea... do what feels good. Do what feels good for your body, mind and for the soul inside!  If you do not feel good inside, how can you live a life that makes you happy? How can you do what you love if you don’t feel good first?  To be well is to live well.

Regular physical activity, spending time in nature, healthy eating habits, hydration,  personal responsibility, self-care, rest, and receiving therapeutic, manual therapies such as massage, chiropractic care, and other healing modalities. In turn, self-esteem, discipline, determination and a sense of direction in life are developed and sustained. Wellness also supports creativity and strong cognitive function.
