Black beans, dark, leafy greens and seaweed are all jam-packed with nutritive benefits, supporting the body, including the kidneys.
In a pot, combine garlic, onions into a bit of coconut oil and simmer. Add in a can of black beans and a splash of tamari. After a few minutes, add in some chopped kale, swiss chard and collard greens. Add in about 2 cups of water. Bring the soup to a boil and add in a packet of broth of your choice. (I prefer using the Immune variety). Add in a bit of nutritional yeast and dulse flakes to taste. Serve and enjoy!
