Daily Rituals for Sober October
Try this for your diet:
- Breakfast: keep it simple with fruits, herbal tea
- Lunch: Have carbohydrates and starches to fuel you for the day
- Dinner: Stick to vegetables and proteins to sustain you through the evening.
*Note: Have hot broth and teas throughout the day to keep you warm, nourished and satisfied.
Try going to gatherings and parties without having lots to drink.
- Moderate yourself!
- Let yourself have a little fun without getting sick.
Walk after every meal
- Instead of doing intense cardio every day, go for gentle, brisk, invigorating walks after eating.
