Daily Rituals for May
- Incorporate daily activity into family and personal lifestyle (i.e spending at least 30 minutes to 2 hours outside, running, walking, biking, hiking, etc).
- When strong emotions arise, take the time to move that energy by engaging in some kind of exercise to clear the mind and the body.
- Each day this month, try doing 7 minutes of high intensity activity. Engaging in this kind of movement for just under `10 minutes releases endorphins, reduces stress and will be a sure way to enhance your calm!
